Share Reels and TikToks straight to Swiva on iPhone and Android
You do not need to copy the link, paste it into a note and decipher it three weeks later. Share it straight to the place where you will use it.
The quick route from Reel to list
Open the share menu on the Reel or TikTok and choose Swiva. Swiva creates an editable draft. You review it, add missing context and only then save it to a list.
This uses the normal share menu. Swiva does not need access to your Instagram or TikTok account and does not download the video as a file.
In four steps
1. Open the post
Open the Reel or TikTok you genuinely want to find or try later.
2. Tap Share
Use the share icon in the relevant app. Depending on the app version, Swiva may appear directly or under “More.”
3. Review the draft
Check the title, place and description. Short videos especially deserve a quick fact check with the original provider.
4. Choose a list
Save the activity where you will look for it later: “date,” “with visitors,” “rainy Vienna” or simply “this week.”
When Swiva does not appear in the share menu
Update both apps
First check that Swiva and Instagram or TikTok are up to date. Some apps only show new share targets after a restart.
Look under “More”
On many devices, Swiva is not among the first icons. Open the full list of share targets and add Swiva to your favorites if needed.
Send the link manually if needed
You can copy the link and create an activity in Swiva manually. Sharing is convenient, but it is not required.
Add your own context before saving
An import may know the place name. It does not know that your friend dislikes sushi, that you only have two hours or that you want to try the recipe vegetarian. One short personal sentence makes the activity much more useful later.

Does this work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The flow uses the system share menu. The exact position of the Swiva icon may differ slightly by operating system and app version.
Does Swiva download the Reel or TikTok?
No. Swiva creates an activity and keeps the source as a link. It is not a video downloader.
Can I discard the import?
Yes. Drafts are not confirmed automatically. If a draft does not fit, you can edit or discard it.
