Swipe and choose: one idea at a time until something fits
The hard question is often not what exists. It is what you actually feel like doing right now.
What happens when you choose?
When you swipe, Swiva shows one saved activity at a time. Move the card left if it does not fit right now. Move it right if you want to do it, and Swiva shows the chosen idea in detail.
There is no secret calculation or automatic group vote behind it. You make the choice yourself. Swiva simply takes the rest of the long list out of view for a moment.
How to reach a choice
- Step 1
Open the right list
Start with a list that matches the moment. Date night is easier to choose from than every idea in your account.
- Step 2
React to one idea
Do not ask whether it is objectively perfect. Ask whether it fits today or for this occasion.
- Step 3
Skip or choose
Left means move on to the next idea. Right means you want to do this activity.
- Step 4
Go back if needed
Swiped too quickly? You can undo the last action or reset your choices later.
Two directions, two clear meanings

Why one idea at a time works better
A long list invites comparison. Suddenly every option feels average because twenty others sit next to it. A single card asks a much easier question: do I want to do this right now?
Make the list smaller before swiping
Collect by situation
Lists such as Sunday outside, under 20 euros or cooking together remove irrelevant ideas before you start.
Completed ideas stay out of the deck
Swiva does not show completed non-repeatable activities in the swipe deck again. Ideas marked as repeatable can appear again.
No does not mean delete
A left swipe only means the idea does not fit this round. It does not have to disappear from your list.
A few quick answers
Does Swiva choose for me automatically?
No. Swiva shows options from your saved ideas. You decide whether to go left or right.
Is the choice a vote with friends?
No. Swiva shows the activity you selected yourself. A shared list can collect your options, but Swiva does not calculate an automatic group consensus.
Is a skipped idea deleted?
No. Skipping only affects the current swipe round. The activity stays in your list.
