What is Swiva?

Swiva is an app for activity ideas. You send finds from Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps, your browser or other apps to Swiva through the share menu. Swiva turns them into an editable draft that you review and save to a list.

You can use lists on your own or edit them with other people. When it is time to do something, swiping shows one idea at a time. Move the card left to continue or right to choose the activity.

From a find to an actual plan

The full flow in seven steps. You stay in control at every point.

  1. Step 1

    Find an idea

A restaurant on Instagram, a trip on TikTok, a place in Google Maps or simply an idea of your own.

  2. Step 2

    Share it to Swiva

Open the app's share menu and choose Swiva. You do not need to connect a social media account.

  3. Step 3

    Review the draft

Swiva fills in what it can identify from the shared content. You correct the title, description and other details.

  4. Step 4

    Save it to a list

File the idea where you would look for it later, such as date night, Vienna with visitors or cooking.

  5. Step 5

    Collect alone or together

Private lists stay with you. For shared plans, you can invite other people as editors.

  6. Step 6

    Swipe through real options

Instead of starting from zero again, open a relevant list and react to one concrete idea at a time.

  7. Step 7

    Choose and go

When an idea feels right, move the card to the right. Swiva does not make the decision for you. It simply makes the choice smaller.

What Swiva is built for

Swiva connects collecting with choosing. A few jobs deliberately stay with the apps that do them best.

You decide what gets saved

Smart Import is a shortcut, not autopilot. Shared content becomes a draft first. If something is wrong, incomplete or no longer interesting, you edit or discard it.

You can also create ideas completely by hand. Swiva works just as well for a thought from a conversation as it does for a Reel someone just sent you.

A list is not a commitment

Not every saved idea needs to be completed. A useful list only keeps what deserves a second look. If you already know you are not interested, you do not need to keep the idea.
